How the 6-Week Comeback Challenge Works

The C4F 6-Week Comeback Challenge is a simple, fully online program to help you get back into a routine, without overthinking it.

You can do everything from anywhere, on your own schedule, with guidance every step of the way.

It starts with a quick application and a group call so we can meet you, understand where you’re at, and make sure this is a good fit.

Once you’re in, we’ll set you up with a workout and nutrition plan that fits your life, nothing extreme, nothing complicated.

From there, it’s all about keeping things simple and consistent.

Each week, you’ll follow a clear plan, check in with us, and stay connected with a small group of people who are in the same boat, getting back on track, one step at a time.

You’ll always know what to do next, and you’ll have support when life gets busy (because it will).

By the end of the 6 weeks, the goal isn’t perfection, it’s that you feel back in control, back in a rhythm, and part of something that makes it easier to keep going.

No equipment? No problem. We’ll still get you results.

3. How much time does it take?

Most people spend about 30–45 minutes a day on workouts, plus a few minutes for nutrition and check-ins.

You’ll have guided workouts ready to take to the gym or follow at home. Same system, same results, just built around your lifestyle.

Or, if you’re local, even transition back into training in person at the gym.
