Hi! We're Coaches Tato and Jillian, the founders of the C4F Challenge. We've spent over a decade helping people build stronger, healthier, and more confident lives through fitness and coaching.

A little background about Coach Tato: I'm a former professional soccer player from Brazil who brought my passion for performance, discipline, and movement into coaching after my playing career ended.

About Coach Jillian: I'm originally from Connecticut. I started out as a teacher before transitioning into fitness, where my passion for education, motivation, and helping people transform into the best version of themselvs carried over into coaching.

What started as small outdoor training sessions in 2015 quickly grew into a strong community. In 2018, we officially opened our physical fitness location, where we've coached hundreds of members and ran this same challenge-based program that helped people achieve lasting results through fitness, nutrition and accountability coaching.

For more than 10 years, their focus was never just workouts — it was helping people create sustainable habits, build confidence, and feel supported in their journey. The challenge system became known in the community for delivering real, lasting results.

After many successful years, Tato and Jillian decided it was time for a new chapter. They sold their business to one of their very first members — someone who had grown within the community from client to trainer, administrator, and manager — and who now continues the mission they started.

Following the sale, Tato and Jillian took a sabbatical year, traveling to over 30 countries across Europe, Africa, Asia, and South America. The experience allowed them to reset, learn, and gain new perspective before returning to coaching with renewed energy and purpose.

Today, they are back doing what they love — helping people transform their health and fitness using the same proven system that helped so many in-person, now delivered through an online coaching experience designed for real life.

1. Do I need to be in great shape to start??

No. The program is designed for all fitness levels. Whether you’re just getting started or getting back into a routine, we personalize the plan to you.

2. Do I need special equipment?

No. All workouts can be done at a gym or at home with basic equipment. We make it work around what you already have. You can also do the entire program without anything, just bodyweight =D

3. How much time does it take?

Most people spend about 30–45 minutes per day on workouts, plus a few minutes on nutrition and check-ins. It’s built for busy schedules.

4. Is this online or in person?

The program is run online so you can participate from anywhere, but you’ll still get real coaching, accountability, and support. There will be workout available for you to take to the gym with you as well!

5. Is there a cost to join?

Yes — this is a paid coaching program. Full details are shared on the group call so we can make sure it’s the right fit for you.

6. What happens after the 8 weeks?

You’ll have the option to continue with ongoing coaching and support if you want to keep your results going.
